Andrew Stilwell is the founding Partner of Stilwell, Weiner, de Vos, LP and continues to provide expert legal services to the residents of San Diego County and throughout the State of California. He began his firm in 2004 with a vision: “to change society’s opinion of lawyers by providing the very best legal advice and counsel in the most upstanding and considerate manner possible.” And, it is to that end that our mission is, "Where We Do Law Differently!" - To do it better; by providing our clients a service that is truthful and authentic because they deserve the very best we can offer. With the help of our dedicated attorneys, our staff and the superior service of our network partners, we have done just that.
Andrew received his Juris Doctorate at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2003 after completing his BA in Philosophy at San Diego State University in 2000. Andrew is returning to Thomas Jefferson School of Law in January 2012 as an adjunct professor teaching mortgage law.
His Bar Admissions include; State of California, the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of the Federal Courts in California, and the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeal. Andrew is also on the Board of Trustees with the Southern California Seminary.
Andrew is honored to share his life with his beloved wife, and is the proud father of two children and a spoiled cocker spaniel.
